Santander Consumer Finance partners with automotive transformation group to launch a new bespoke renewals platform for UK retailers.

Santander Consumer Finance (SCF) has partnered with leading automotive ecommerce specialist Automotive Transformation Group to deliver Gateway3Sixty, a new bespoke renewals platform which will allow UK retailer partners to engage with customers in a new and exciting way.

The platform takes SCF’s renewals proposition to the next level of insight, intelligence and sophistication, adding value to customers and retailer partners.

Gateway 3Sixty is available to SCF-supporting retailer partners free of charge. The platform will deliver a renewals strategy that drives business growth, sustainable profit and customer satisfaction whilst allowing retailers to remain in control. The enhanced technology provides retailers with intelligent propensity and parity leads, as well as a direct to customer communication tool allowing retailers to contact customers at the right time, with the right offer.
