This advanced two-day programme covers the importance of the role a finance specialist has within the dealership. A blend of coaching and workshop-based learning provides delegates with a strong understanding of the latest regulatory requirements along with compliant sales techniques, helping to ensure good customer outcomes and helping to promote the ethos of customers for life.

Finance Insights Workshop

Recommended for all dealer sales team members, this one-day workshop provides insight into selling finance products in a compliant manner. The workshop provides skills and knowledge for presenting all eligible finance products available, handling any customer concerns, whilst delivering good customer outcomes.

Working with Santander Consumer Finance

A remote Microsoft Teams introduction to Santander Consumer Finance (SCUK), aimed at both new dealer partners and staff joining existing dealers, to provide awareness of how our brand can assist you in promoting the finance products available to your customers through SCUK successfully, whilst delivering good customer outcomes.

Customers For Life (CFL) Program

This half day workshop focuses on the vital importance of maintaining and developing customer relationships, supported by our renewal platform Gateway 3Sixty. Creating customers for life, understanding buying behaviours, maintaining meaningful regular contacts, and managing the customers trade cycle, this program encompasses both in-dealer sales and the renewal process.
