This workshop will provide you with the tools to review and refine your current renewal process, prepare and deliver effective renewal appointments and focus on providing a first-class renewal customer experience.
You will return to the dealership with a clear understanding of the process and programme requirement, the support available and the skills to continue to develop your sales teams to achieve best performance.
You will be provided with a development document during the workshop and will be asked to capture actions.
Your MG Motor Financial Services RFDM will arrange a follow-up meeting to review the document and discuss any further support that you may need.
