The session will provide you with the tools to review and refine your current renewal process, prepare and deliver effective renewal appointments, and focus on providing a first-class renewal customer experience.
The training will give you an opportunity to consider and do the following:
• refine your current renewal process.
• agree a sensible and realistic contact agenda with your customers at point of sale.
• prepare and deliver effective renewal appointments.
• manage your team to provide a renewal customer experience that is second-to-none
You will return to the dealership with a clear understanding of the process and programme requirement, the support available and the skills to continue to develop your sales teams to achieve best performance.
You will be provided with a development document during the workshop and will be asked to capture actions.
Your KTM Finance Regional Manager will arrange a follow-up meeting to review the document and discuss any further support that you may need.
