On 15 May 2024, Santander Consumer Finance attended the Credit Strategy Car Finance Awards in Manchester.
We were delighted to have been shortlisted for three awards:
- Best Independent Lender (Bank Owned)
- Best Use of Technology
- Best Relationship Manager – Mel Smyth
We’re extremely proud to announce that Mel Smyth, Business Development Manager, successfully won Best Relationship Manager, receiving recognition for her dedication and commitment to excellence.
Working for Santander Consumer UK for over 10 years, Mel consistently goes above and beyond with her proactive attitude and keen capacity to foresee and address customer needs, fostering a culture of Think Customer.
